Individual weekends: 18 hours/module
Do you want to deepen your practice and learn more about yoga philosophy without the ‘teacher training’ part of a teacher training?
This Yoga Studies program is perfect for exploring the mysteries and practices of yoga in a comprehensive way. There is no pressure to teach yoga or any instruction on how to teach, only the pleasure and challenge of learning more about yoga.
These modules are designed for you to be able to pick and choose. Feel free to dive into all 5 sessions OR start with one or two weekends that particularly interest you. There is no prerequisite, and everyone with an interest in yoga is welcome! Click here to register!
If this program awakens your desire to teach yoga, you are invited to follow up the 100-hour Yoga Studies series with the 100-hour Teaching Skills program to earn a 200 hour teaching certificate.
